Things You Should Do Before A Race.

No matter how experienced or competitive you are, everyone gets nervous before a race. After all it's just human nature.


In order to relive some of that pre-race stress, follow some of the tips listed below:


- Stop fearing failure, and instead focus your energy on positive thoughts.

- Focus your mind on something else.

- Warm up properly.

- Remember that your life doesn't revolve around this one race.

- Imagine a positive outcome opposed to a negative one.
