50 Jump Rope for 3 reps
25 Jumping Jacks for 3 reps
12 Squat Jumps for 3 reps
3 Sets of Stairs for 3 reps
1 minute of Jogging in Place for 3 reps
30 seconds of slow high knees as cool down once.
